ពិធីសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយសហគមន៍ក្រឡានថ្មគ្រែ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់អត្តសញ្ញាណម្ហូបអាហារ និងជំរុញទេសចរណ៍មូលដ្ឋាន ក្នុងឱកាសព្រឹត្តិការណ៍បុណ្យទន្លេលើកទី១០ នៅខេត្តក្រចេះ

អធិបតីភាពរបស់ ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងលោកជំទាវ រួមជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម វ៉ា ថន អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តក្រចេះ និងលោកជំទាវ ព្រមទាំងមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្ត្រីរាជការ អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន និងប្រជាសហគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅ។ ក្នុងកម្មវិធីនេះផងដែរ ឯកឧត្តម និងលោកជំទាវ បានចូលរួមដុតក្រឡានប្រមាណ ៤០ គីឡូក្រាម ជាមួយប្រជាសហគមន៍ ក្នុងបរិយាកាសសាមគ្គីភាព និងស្និទ្ធស្នាល។

ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងថា «ក្រឡាន» មិនត្រឹមតែជាអាហារប្រពៃណីទេ ប៉ុន្តែជាអត្តសញ្ញាណទេសចរណ៍ម្ហូបអាហារដ៏សំខាន់ ដែលបានរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់ភាពទាក់ទាញនៃខេត្តក្រចេះ និងបង្កើតបទពិសោធន៍ពិសេសសម្រាប់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ សហគមន៍ក្រឡានថ្មគ្រែ ត្រូវបានចាត់ទុកថាជាគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍ម្ហូបអាហារដ៏លេចធ្លោ ដែលបង្ហាញពីការរួមបញ្ចូលគ្នារវាងវប្បធម៌ ប្រពៃណី និងជីវភាពប្រជាជនក្នុងតំបន់។

ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា ការអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍នេះ បានរួមចំណែកសំខាន់ក្នុងការបង្កើតការងារ បង្កើនចំណូល កាត់បន្ថយការចំណាកស្រុក និងជំរុញសេដ្ឋកិច្ចមូលដ្ឋាន។

ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានលើកឡើងពីបញ្ហាប្រឈមមួយចំនួន រួមមាន តម្លៃវត្ថុធាតុដើម ការវេចខ្ចប់ ការខ្វះដៃគូសហការ និងការប្រកួតប្រជែងទីផ្សារ ដែលត្រូវការការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងដោះស្រាយជាបន្តបន្ទាប់។

ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានបន្តផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ដល់សហគមន៍ ឱ្យបន្តរក្សាគុណភាពរសជាតិប្រពៃណី យកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើអនាម័យ និងបរិស្ថាន ពង្រឹងសោភ័ណភាពទីតាំង និងពង្រីកការផ្សព្វផ្សាយតាមបណ្តាញសង្គម និងការសហការជាមួយអ្នកផលិតមាតិកា ដើម្បីទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ មន្ទីរ និងក្រសួងពាក់ព័ន្ធ ត្រូវបន្តគាំទ្រ និងចុះជិតស្និទ្ធសហគមន៍ ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងលើកកម្ពស់សមត្ថភាពអភិវឌ្ឍ។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមក៏បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណ និងកោតសរសើរចំពោះសហគមន៍ក្រឡានថ្មគ្រែ ដែលបានខិតខំអភិរក្សបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌ និងបង្កើតតម្លៃបន្ថែមឱ្យវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ ព្រមទាំងបានអំពាវនាវដល់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ បន្តរួមចំណែកអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍ទេសចរណ៍ឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។

សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា កម្មវិធីនេះ មិនត្រឹមតែជាការចូលរួមអបអរសាទរព្រឹត្តិការណ៍បុណ្យទន្លេប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែជាការលើកកម្ពស់អត្តសញ្ញាណម្ហូបអាហារខ្មែរ និងជំរុញទេសចរណ៍មូលដ្ឋានឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពរស់រវើក និងទាក់ទាញ។

Community Engagement at Thmor Kre Community Kralan Village to Promote Culinary Identity and Boost Local Tourism during the 10th River Festival in Kratie Province

The Ministry of Tourism, in collaboration with the Kratie Provincial Administration, organized a community outreach and engagement program at Thmor Kre Kralan Community during the 10th River Festival in Kratie Province, held under the theme “Green River, Cultural and Natural Heritage.” The event was presided over by H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, and Lok Chumteav, together with H.E. Va Thorn, Governor of Kratie Province, and Lok Chumteav, with the participation of leaders, civil servants, local authorities, and community members in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

On this occasion, H.E. the Minister and delegation joined the community in preparing approximately 40 kilograms of kralan (traditional bamboo sticky rice), creating a spirit of unity and close connection with local residents.

During his remarks, H.E. the Minister emphasized that kralan is not only a traditional food but also a key culinary tourism identity that enhances the attractiveness of Kratie Province and offers unique experiences for visitors. The Thmor Kre Kralan Community is recognized as a prominent culinary tourism destination, showcasing the integration of culture, tradition, and local livelihoods.

He further highlighted that the development of this community contributes significantly to job creation, income generation, reduction of migration, and the promotion of the local economy.

At the same time, the Minister noted several challenges, including rising raw material costs, packaging issues, limited partnerships, and market competition, which require continued attention and solutions.

He also provided recommendations to the community to maintain the authenticity and quality of traditional flavors, ensure hygiene and environmental sustainability, improve site aesthetics, and expand promotion through social media and collaboration with content creators to attract both national and international tourists. Relevant ministries and institutions were encouraged to continue supporting and closely engaging with the community to address challenges and strengthen development capacity.

The Minister expressed his appreciation and commendation to the Thmor Kre Kralan Community for their efforts in preserving cultural heritage and adding value to the tourism sector, while also calling on all stakeholders to continue contributing to the sustainable development of community-based tourism.

It should be noted that this program not only celebrates the River Festival but also plays an important role in promoting Khmer culinary identity and revitalizing local tourism, making it more vibrant and attractive.
